This project transformed the ground floor of The Aspinals into a contemporary open-plan living space. We reconfigured internal walls, introduced structural steelwork to support wider openings, and enhanced the overall layout to create a seamless flow between kitchen, dining, and living areas. Bespoke joinery and premium finishes were incorporated to elevate the interior’s aesthetics and functionality.
Our team focused on optimising natural light by integrating floor-to-ceiling glazing and installing modern LED lighting solutions. High-end materials, such as engineered oak flooring and sleek quartz worktops, provided a sophisticated and durable finish. The result is a dynamic, elegant living environment tailored to modern family life.
